Your Excellency, at Daona Group, we work as an industry-empowerment capital platform — investing in high-quality China-Europe industrial projects, incubating sci-tech start-ups, and building cross-border industrial-chain ecosystems.
My question is this. Looking at the European Union's current policy direction in strategic emerging industries — namely high-end manufacturing, new energy, and life sciences and healthcare — what policy dividends and priority cooperation areas do you see for:
first, cross-border capital collaboration;
second, support for landing new projects on European soil; and
third, two-way investment and financing channels between China and Europe?
In other words, where would you most encourage a platform like ours to plug in — so that we can connect with Europe's best industrial resources and deliver real, deep joint-venture empowerment?
